Mobile Vision via Global Wireless Network

Abstract(in English) Mobile communication is rapidly spreading as a new communication paradigm. We propose mobile vision' for a novel application of mobile communication network. Mobile vision is image acquisition by a mobile camera which the user remotely operate via mobile communication network. User is able to see and feel reality at remote location by the mobile vision system. We made a first, prototype which is controlled via PDC. We describe the first prototype and problems.
