Abstract(in English) CDMA ALOHA, combination of ALOHA and CDMA, is a promising system for future mobile communications, such as mobile computing and multimedia communications. This is because the system has a potentiality of providing efficient wireless packet communications while preserving the random access capability. In this paper, CDMA Unslotted ALOHA, with the random access feature, is dealt with, and its throughput and delay characteristics are shown. Some access control schemes are also described for the purpose of improving the performance
