Abstract(in English) | Basic technology of communication networks experiences major changes in 10~20 year period. Deriven by technical innovations, new demand structure and open bussiness environment, more flexible high capacity networks will be demanded with 10 years from now. The new netoworks will be fully take advantage of ATM networks studies, however, more flexible structure which can include variety of network components rather than handling all the traffic by one integrated principle. In this paper, over all sturucture of the next generation flexible network is proposed. In addiction, possibility of variable all switch fabric is described to handle multi-media IP packet. |
