Adaptive estimation of network delay pdf for intra-media synchronization

Abstract(in English) Each media stream muitimedia systems suffers various degree of delay jitter over networks. Media synchronization technique is used in order to compensate them and to present them 'in sync' at the destination site. A shape of network delay is usually asymmetric and is spread smarter to the left side (smaller side). In this article, network delay is regarded as exponential distribution, and is distinguished by two parameters, offset and average, and they can be easily estimated. An adaptive filter which estimates there parameters are shown and a method achieving intra-media synchronization using it is presented.
