Abstract(in English)	The transmission speed of the Internet has been remarkably increased on the backbone networks as well as the access networks for the last several years. This encourages people to transmit, so called multimedia information over the Internet. Especially InternetPhone and TV conferences are expected to be promissing. This paper presents realtime communication services to be realized over the Internet, based on the structure of backbone and accsess networks for the next two years. Then the problem of the salability, which resides in the real time communications as a value added service, is described and the solutions will be investigated.
