| Abstract(in English) | In PHS (Personal Handy-phone System), 32 Kbps data communication service using PIAFS (PHS Internet Access Forum Standard) protocol started at the beginning of April in this year. Since various TCP/IP applications seem to be used on this service, it is desired to evaluate performance of TCP/IP communication over PIAFS protocol. In this paper, we present experimental results of ftp throughput measurement and analysis of TCP and PIAFS protocol behaviors. |
