Abstract(in English) | The cheap system which could be recognized automatically was manufactured as an experiment by using MPEG-4 (MovingPictureExpertsGroupPhase4) which was digital image compression technology by a video camera on the market and a personal computer and PHS. The outline is reported because evaluation such as a recognition rate was done by using this system targeting the crow. |
