Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, object based coding, one of the new video coding, attracts attentions. Dividing a picture into some objects and coding by object, reduction of redundant information can be attained. To do so, it is neccessary to divide a picture into meaningful objects. In this paper, a video object segmentation using the intensity and motion information on image is studied.
