Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A broadcast of a sport game needs some video cameras. This paper proposes a new system to produce an American-football game program by automatic control of cameras. This system points active cameras at the position of players'group and decides the timing of zooming according to the results of image analysis based on characteristic features of American-football game. We implemented our method to a prototype system. Experiments'results showed that this system could shoot the players'group automatically.
