| Abstract(in English) | In order to develop more reliable objective measure for the coded picture evaluation, we propose the mass collaborative evaluation measure using the JAVA applet on the network, and check its compatibility with the MOS obtained under the ITU-R recommendation. From results, it is found that 60 or more testers are required to get reliable score. |
