Image Processing for Bread Classification

Abstract(in English) We are constructing image processing system for breads (buns) classification. The features for classification are maxmum length, shape, contour lines, color, texture. Using maxmum length, shape and contour lines, we can identify 59 breads in 65 breads. Also we try to identify central areas of 14 kinds of breads using mean values of hue and saturation and the energy of co-occurrence matrix of saturation and intensity. But these four features are not enough to identify.
