Abstract(in English) We present an ATM access system that offers various services economically. The system has the ATM-PDS interface that complies with ITU-T Rec. G.983 to realize access networks for multimedia services efficiently and cost-effectively. It has the ATM cell priority control function such as DBR, SBR, GFR and so on to transmit ATM cells efficiently in various services. It has the VB5 interface that complies with ITU-T Rec. G.967 to realize an efficient transmit line utilization between it and a service node.
