| Abstract(in English) | A CODEC used for video delivery and video conference services is presented.This CODEC is capable of encoding,sroring and transmitting video and audio in realtime.It is possible to decode video in number of ways by using this CODEC,such as pause,random access,fast play and so on.Furthermore,encoding parameters are adjustable according to user requirement.In this paper,some methods which realize above mentioned functions and hardware arichitecture of CODEC are described.And a method of adjusting values of encoding parameters is proposed. |
