Abstract(in English)	In various fields like broadcasting, home electric appliances, computer and communication, MPEG-2 transport stream(TS)has been widely use. When the program of TS is changed, it is necessary to switch the TS.`Splicing'is a one of the switching method described in ISO/IEC 13818-1 MPEG-2 systems standard.However it is necessary to use the particular Ts and complex processing.In this report, we examine simple and quick switching method using general Ts, and describe the operation of the Ts switching device and the receiving device in this method.
