| 抄録(和) | 環境内での自己位置を認識することは, ロボットの視覚誘導等において重要な課題である.本稿では, 全方位画像を用いた記憶に基づく自己位置推定法を提案する.本手法では, まず, 位置推定に有効な大局的な情報を含む全方位画像から自己相関画像を生成することによって位置に固有な情報を抽出する.さらに, 生成された自己相関画像から固有空間を構成し, 固有空間内で最も近接した学習画像を検索することによって位置推定を行なう.また本手法では, 部分空間法を用いて画像検索のための候補数を削減し, さらに画像の時系列性を利用することによってロバストな位置推定を行なう.実際に屋外環境で撮影された時系列の全方位画像を用いて実験を行ない, 提案手法の有効性を確認した. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper proposes a new self-localization method using an omnidirectional image sensor which can observe a surrounding environment with 360-degree of view. The method extracts information which is identical for the position of a sensor and invariant against the rotation of the sensor by generating an autocorrelation image from an observed omnidirectional image. The location of the sensor is identified by evaluating the similarity among the autocorrelation images in low dimensional eigenspaces. We have conducted experiments with real image sequences and examined the performance of the proposed method. The results show that accurate and robust estimation of the sensor's position is possible. |
