Abstract(in English) This paper shows the picture quality model for evaluation of JPEG coded color picture based on spatial feature of CIE Lab color difference. The distortion models are consist of fundermental quality factors that are obtaind by Multivariate Analysis of coded errors and distortions. This model evaluates the picture quality with high accuracy and estimates Mean Opinion Score well (85% accuracy).
