| 抄録(和) | 本報告では, 電力設備画像を対象とした画像符号化のための設備領域抽出手法として, HSI表色系を特徴量とした階層的領域分割を提案し, その適用結果について述べる. HSI表色系は, 電力設備が無彩色であることに着目して使用している. また, 階層的領域分割は, k平均クラスタリングをもとにした領域分割手法であり, k平均クラスタリングにおけるクラスタ数決定の問題を解決し, 停止条件を設定することで処理の高速化が可能となる. |
| 抄録(英) | This report proposes a hierarchical segmentation using the HSI color model for image coding of electric power facilities, and describes the extraction result of this method. The HSI color model is used because electric power facilities have no coloring. The hierarchical segmentation which is based on the k-mean clustering, is able to solve the decision problem of the number of clusters and speed up the processing owing to using stop conditions. |
