Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Researches on ad hoc networks usually focus on establishing peer to peer communication links. However, routing control becomes increasing difficult in an autonomous, multihop network with large number of nodes. In this paper, we investigate the feasibility of gateway nodes (nodes bridging the ad hoc network to external networks) with position management and concentration control for gateway nodes. We then proposed the new gateway-oriented wireless multi-hop communication method. The simulation results showed that our algorithm is effective.
