Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) while the utilization of space infrastructure is rapidly growing, the allocation of satellites in GEO is not so easy, and RF-bands that can be assigned to communications are limited. From the aspects of traffic control of RF links, a RF Mapping Satellite is proposed here. This satellite will aims at mapping the distribution of RF links utilized by satellite-communications in detail. The data acquired by this mission will be provided to the world over through ITU for international use as the reference information for effective and peaceful use of RF. In this paper, explain an element system of ITU-SAT.
