Abstract(in English) The satellite communications has characteristics such as the wide area coverage and the flexibility of the network construction. Especially, a communication system with geostationary satellite is easy to be tracked and can establish the broadband communication network. Therefore, it is expected tha broadband and wide area coverage satellite network can be established. In this paper, we describe the outline plan of the second phase of Japan-Japan high-speed satellite communication experiment be carried out in 2001 fall.
