Analytical Derivation of BPSK-BER Characteristics in Adjacent Channel Interference

Abstract(in English) The paper proposes the analytical derivate method of BER characteristics of desired signal in BPSK adjacent channel interference condition with thermal noise. The proposed method derives the BER characteristics based on probability density functions (PDFs) of interference signal component derived from the impulse response of the interference band and the bit pattern of the interference signal. It is found from the coincidence with computer simulated results that the proposed method gives accurate BER characteristics for a variety of system parameters.
