Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a novel MC-CDMA system, namely, suppressed peak-power MC-CDMA (abbreviated as SPP-MC-CDMA) system and presents the characteristics. Generally, the signal of MC-CDMA system becomes analog wave as using OFDM modulation techniques. Then, when using a non-linear amplifier for high efficiency of power, the signal distortion arises and the BER performance is much degraded. The proposed SPP-MC-CDMA system suppresses the peak power of analog wave by controlling the frequency interleaver and the spreading codes, and it is effective against the non-linear problem. As a result of computer simulations, we show that the characteristics of SPP-MC-CDMA system using random interleaving with M-sequence and suppressed peak-power spreading codes (SPP-SC) are more improved than that of a conventional MC-CDMA system.
