Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing)signals are sensitive to the nonlinear distortion caused by a nonlinear high power amplifier because they have large peak amplitude. We propose a scheme which compensates the nonlinear distortion by producing a few replicas of OFDM signals in the receiving side. The proposed scheme has a peculiar feature to compensate the nonlinear distortion step-by-step by using a replica of OFDM signal produced in each compensating step. It is confirmed by means of computer simulation for the proposed scheme to have an excellent performance in terms of the bit error rate and the number of replicas to be produced.
