Abstract(in English)	N-STAR Satellite Mobile Packet Communication System is operated in March 2000. This system is an asymmetric communication system having different data communication speeds for the forward channel and the return channel.This paper describes the outline of N-STAR Satellite Mobile Packet Communication System, and shows the throughput performance.
