Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Next generation low earth orbit(LEO)satellite system is expected to correspond with the advanced multimedia system. Lots of element techniques should be developed for realizing this system. Low distortion design for the microwave amplifier in the transmitter is an important technique. We have developed a pre-distortion type linearizer using one GaAs FET, and produced C-band low distortion microwave amplifier. The experiment results showed a good distortion reduction characteristic.
