Abstract(in English) This paper presents the key technology's development of 2-dimensionally deployable phased array antenna for Netx Generation LEO System(NeLS), which focuses on the realization of the high performance antenna panel and the 2-dimensionally deployable mechanism.Resultantly, we confirmed the performance of the antenna panel with more than 50% aperture efficiency, more than 70W/m^2 heat radiation and more than 35Hz resonant frequency in stowed configuration, and the lightweight, simple and inexpensive 2-dimensionally deployable synchronized mechanism with less than 0.5rad/sec angle acceleration.
