Abstract(in English) In this report, a desing method and experimental results of a laminated active integrated antenna with parallel feedback oscillation layer are described. The active integrated antenna consists of 5 parts;the oscillation part with parallel feedback oscillator, the coupling part to supply the RF signal into the amplification part, the amplification part with an FET amplifier to amplify the RF signal, the coupling part to supply the RF signal into the radiation part, and radiation part with patch antenna. In order to achieve size reduction, weight reduction, and increment of functions, each part is laminated as functional layers. Fundamental operations for the multi-layered active integrated antenna were confirmed.
