Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, one of the methods using a reactive FET for beam steering of an active integrated antenna is reported. A package type FET was added at the edge of the strong coupling line. The beam steering of the active integrated antenna array in which the reactance was controlled by change of gate-source voltage was confirmed with a 5.8GHz band and 23GHz band. The beam variations of 15-degree at 5.8GHz band and a 10-degree at 23GHz band were observed, respectively. From these results, it was confirmed the beam steering for the active integrated antenna array was achieved with a simple atructure and low-cost using the FRT.
