Abstract(in English) Rapidly increasing the number of the Internet home users, the multimedia satellite communications system is widely noticed because it is combibed the unidirectional wideband satellite curcuit and the narrow band terrestrial circuit. We are developing the new multimedia satellite communication systems by using the hierarchical transmission technique, which was standardized for the digital satellite broadcasting. In this paper, we propose a new QoS management system for satellite multicast services. It could change a suitable modulation according to the user acknowledgement. We also show the results of the system performance.
