Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) There has been a lot of research for Intelligent Transport System, but their primary object is to control vehicles, not for private usage. However, the demand for low cost personal communication, which includes sata communication, is increasing. In this paper we propose a switching method between inter-vehicle and cellular communication at low cost, for private use. We evaluate this method by computer simulation.
