Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is one of key subjects in communications networks with the small number of circular orbit satellites to cover the earth surface efficiently by satellite beams. The initial satellite positions without overlapping of beam coverages in anytime can be derived by means of the linear programming. The paper clarifies quantitatively that the satellite initial positions obtained by the linear programing improve characteristics in terms of the satellite visible time percentage.
