Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we invesitgate the parameters of parasitic element to increase IF output level of self-oscillating mixer using GaAsFET. The parasitic element acts as an electoricmagnetic ally coupled antenna. Then, it was the biggest, and the form of the element and the influence of the position were confirmed by the experiment [that it could get the profit of 40 dB]
