Abstract(in English) In the Hokkaido Integrated Telecommunication (HIT) Network, the M^2PC-USAT system, simplified terrestrial network interface system etc, have been proposed. In this HIT-Network, simplified multiple access system will be necessary for the communication between one master (HUB) station and plural slave earth stations. In this report simplified multiple access system is proposed. In this multiple access system, the IDU function (ON by RS) and polling system are introduced, and experiment have been carried out for confirming the multiple access system characteristics.
