Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the next generation satellite communication systems, onboard high power amplifiers (HPAS) are required to generate extremely high RF power for a high speed communication services and large capacity. A progressive technique that can efficiently generate high RF is indispensable under the conditions of limited DC power and heat dissipation of the satellites. A spread distortion method using HPA arrays was proposed. This paper described experimental results of HPA arrays using EODIC (Even Order Distortion implemented Intermodulation distortion Controller) and availability of spread distortion method.
