Abstract(in English) This paper presents a new configuration of beam tilt collinear array antenna with electromagnetically coupled dipole and design method of beam tilt using a equivalent circuit. Electromagnetically coupled coaxial dipole antenna (ECCD) has an advantage of structual simplicity due to a novel use of the electromagnetically coupled radiating dipole inserted around the feeding coaxial cable. First of all, beam tilt radiation characteristics with changing element impedance of ECCD are indicated because ECCD has a feature of variable element impedance with varying dipole radius. Next, it is clarified that there is a optimum element impedance to obtain high gain. Finally, fabrication and measurement of a prototype beam tilt collinear antenna which has beam tilt of 0-degree, 5-degree and 10-degree in S-band are described , and good performance has been confirmed.
