Abstract(in English) A waveguide slot antenna is used for an element of phased array antennas. A waveguide slot antenna filled up with dielectric can broaden beam scan area because element distance can be short. In this paper, we study the dependence on permitivity of the directivity of the antenna element and the antenna by means of the FDTD simulation and experimental measurements.
