Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes a seamless multirate filter bank(MFB) that can multiplex/demultiplex FDMA signals without aliasing and amplitude distortion. The proposed seamless MFB uses four kinds of filters with a different passband and sampling rate conversions for multiplexering/demultiplexing. Performance of the seamless MFB is evaluated by computer simulation and experiment. As a result of analysis, the proposed seamless MFB achieves the out-of-band attenuation of more than 60dB, and negligible bit error rate degradation. Moreover, An efficient method to reduce the calculation effort in the seamless MFB is proposed. The calculation effort of the proposed seamless MFB is almost same or less than conventional schemes. |
