Abstract(in English) | 76GHz post-wall waveguide fed parallell plate slot arrays are designed to suppress the sidelobes. We use analysis models of rectangular waveguides with periodic boundary conditions in the narrow walls. The sidelobe levels and the 3dB beamwidth are evaluated by measuring two-dimensional near-fields and far-field radiation pattrens. The shapes of the amplitude taper are maintained well in the wave propagation in the parallel plates. We measure sidelobes below -22dB in suppressing either in the E or H planes, and -18dB in suppressing in the both planes. |
