Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A high-speed data transmission is a highlight of discussion on a next generation wireless LAN system. Maximizing a number of channels can be another importance for achieving high system capacity(i.e.throughput of each terminals)with reducing interference among neighbor cells in multi-cell environment. The number of channels must be taken into account within limited amount of frequency resource. In a wireless LAN system based on a DSSS waveform, introducing individual code channels can dramatically increase a number of channels for a system. In this paper, theoretical formula of the throughput for a DSSS wireless LAN system, which uses code channels, is shown, and a throughput performance is evaluated. As a result, it is shown that code channels improve the throughput performance.
