| Abstract(in English) | We discussed about Virtual Environment for dialogue and we develop the Bulletin Board System(BBS)for TCP/IP protocol. We make an experiment by using this system through Satellite Communication. There are various application for internetservice, like e-mail, homepage, bulletin board and communication soft like Cu-SeeMe, and Net-Meeting, etc. Hawever, it is difficult to make a dialogue environment without stress by delay. To solve this problem, we proposed a new system using BBS which is more quickly than ever communication systems. |
