Abstract(in English) HIT-Network is constructed with satellite communication network simple radio terminals and Internet for appliing economical and highly functional services. This report inform about design and development of earth station interface converter that able to connect directly DTE and IDU, where the electrical characteristics between DTE and IDU are different specitication, i.e., communication speed, communication mode, etc.
