Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Transmission quality in mobile wireless communications is affected by not only thermal noise but also multipass fading which changes drastically an amplitude and a phase of received signal. Nakagami-Rice fading environment is a basic model for in-sight transmission path such as indoor wireless or mobile satellite communications. The paper proposes an approximate derivation method of average bit error rate performance in DS-CDMA systems under Nakagami-Rice fading environment, as parameters of Doppler frequency shift, the number of simultaneous access users to the same channel and so on. It is confirmed from the coincidence of approximate results with simulation ones that the proposed approximate approach is applicable to a variety of Nakagami-Rice fading conditions.
