Abstract(in English) | A new link control method is proposed for improving packet transmission efficiency for store and forward communication systems using LEO satellites.In this method, throughput is improved by controlling the traffic of user terminals and by allocating reserved frames of variable length.The perfomance of the proposed method is evaluated by computer simulation and its result revealed that the method improves the throughput twice compared with conventional slotted ALOHA system. |
