| Abstract(in English) | Satellite communication systems are effeffively used in the field of education exchange.A VSAT network where each VSAT station receives the operational control signal from a hub station is important for its cost effectiveness and easy operability.The establishment of an educational exchange network which affords 1.5 Mbps video links among universities is to be established elaborating the channel assignment system for the capability of group discussion among stations. |
