Hierarchical Distributed Control Network for the Satellite-Based Data Distribution System

Abstract(in English) To realize a high reliable satellite-based data distribution system efficiently,a hierarchical distributed control network which utilizes a sub control station in addition to a hub and user, stations,is proposed and evaluated.The results show that there exists an optimum sub control station number that minimizes the polling processing time as a parameter of the processing time ratio between US-SCS and SCS-CS links.From a viewpoint of the cost, the system cost can be lowered compared to theconventional one, when the communication cost between the US and SCS is slightly reduced.
