Abstract(in English) NTT has;been providing DYANET,DYANET- II,and DYANET-C system commercializing since 1988.Further,we are now developing an advanced satellite communication system for public telecommunication(DYANET-X). After the offing of Kushiro earthquake and the offing of Southwest earthquake,It revealed that DYANET′s traffic controlling scheme is imperfect for massive(sharp)traffic to.specific area. This paper describes shows methods of ensuring immportant traffic,improvement of completion ratio in SXU(Satellite Communication Transit Exchange Unit) that has connects with other Exchange Unit.
