A beam control system for microwave energy transmission in the solar power satellite

Abstract(in English) We propose how to build a phased-array antenna which is suited for the Spacetenna of the SPS2000.Moreover,we propose to construct the phase control system by using analog phase shifters in order. to realize the accurate and rapid microwave beam steering.Using the circuit design proposed here,we try to build a two-channel phase control loop which is the most principal configuration to demonstrate the function of the phased-array antenna.The control algorithm in which we consider nonlinearity in the loop and mutual couplings between antenna elements is developed.It is shown that the phase control system steers the microwave beam accurately to any specified direction.
