A Study on Synchronous Video Communication Method in Large Scale Broadcast Network

Abstract(in English) In the future,the TV broadcasting is one of the hopeful application services of the large scale broadcast network in B- ISDN.However,we must be careful about delay characteristics and cell loss rate when we use such video data.In this paper,we propose new video transmission method in order to reduce cell loss rate.The proposed method require synchronization amang video data sources,but averages the total traffic from the sources.We evaluate performance aspects of proposed scheme with some numerical examples.
