| Abstract(in English) | At present,several mobile satellite communication systems are being investigated in the World.Also in Japan,a mobile satellite communication system using N-STAR satellite is developing.This paper describes control techniques of mobile satellite communication systems.In particular,it describes about CODEC bypath techniques to decrease delay of voice,and about method to improve the reliability of systems.And we describes summary of mobile satellite communication system using N-STAR satellite. |
