Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In cellular mobile communication systems,This paper investigates a novel strategy for channel assignment problem. It is the Flexible Hybrid Channel Assignment strategy(FHCA)which utilizes rearrangement with the modified Hopfield-type Neural Network algorithm for Dynamic Channel Assignment. From simulation results for a model with inhomogeneous distribution of traffic,it shows that FHCA,can adaptively assign the channels to calls in system and results in the improvement of channel utilization.
